As a result of the changes to Data Protection law in May our parental communication provider was forced to make some changes over the summer. We have found that this has affected some parent’s ability to receive certain messages.
For the bulk of people this has just been a case of your email provider marking the messages as SPAM or JUNK, if you could please check your spam and junk folders for anything ending in @schools.ps_connect.cloud and mark it as not Junk then you will continue to receive messages in the normal way.
We are working with PS Connect to resolve these issues as quickly as we can but if you are still having problems, please ring us so we can help you out.
